"Best landlords and house I have ever known"
Jenny and Jim are the most lovliest, friendly and helpful landlords I have ever come across.Their houses are beautifully decorated and definitely have a home comfort feel to them. They include all modern appliances, large bedrooms (with memory foam mattresses!!) and furnished gardens. 3 Haysworth Street is located within five minutes walk from Plungington Road and lots of shops, takeaways, cafes etc. It takes approxomately 10-15 minutes to walk to the main university buildings. If Jenny and Jim did private rented houses for non students I would jump at the chance to have them as landlords again. They are usually available to contact through most of the day, deal with any issues quickly, and really look after the students living in their houses as if they were their own children. I cannot sing their praises highly enough. Best landlords and houses I have ever known.

Living at 3 Haysworth St. has been great across the board. We've had no problems with any aspect of the property, and the landlord Jenny has been fantastic. She's incredibly easy to talk to and is always on hand via text or phone to assist with any maintenance issues. The property itself is great with a huge bathroom area and spacious rooms.

"I can not recommend this property enough"
After missing out on this property for my second year I was so happy to be able to live here in my third year. The property is clean and tidy, with a wonderful open plan layout downstairs. The kitchen is large in size, and fitted with all new appliances including a dishwasher, which is ideal for students! The property also includes garden space and is situated in an ideal location.
It is situated only a short five minute walk away from the train station and the town centre, which is perfect for nipping to the shops/getting a train, and campus is only a seven minute walk away which is actually closer than some halls!
Finally the landlady is amazing and very helpful! I cannot recommend this property enough!

"I absolutely loved staying here"
The Landlords Jenny and Jim, are absolutely wonderful people. I cannot emphasise enough how helpful, and responsive they are to an queries you may have. The house is a good size, furnished beautifully and only a 20 min (max) walk to the university. I absolutely loved staying here and if i could, would happily stayed for a second year.
